Write your LAST, FIRST name on the tab
Place your Survey Packet inside

Parent Signature Forms - Call home if necessary

Write your First and Last name in INK on all 3 passes!
Do NOT lose them.
* Distribute Packets *
Write your first and last name, block, and Skyward Teacher on EVERY packet!
* Non-Fiction Activity *
* Cool-Down *
Where should your folder go at the end of each block?
Place packets and any other papers in your classroom folder.
Pick-up space and push in chairs.
